provides its clients first class professional services at a realistic investment.
We offer a complete money back
guarantee. Should
Sidstar
fail to provide
the service for which we were engaged, then your Professional Fee
will be returned!
There are three different methods for engaging our
services. Remember, you work only with our
Principals. These methods are:

Fee for Service
We mutually identify the scope of the assignment and
charge our standard rate which is billed monthly, one month in arrears.
All other costs such as travel, postage, etc., is billed
monthly at cost. Our preference, where travel costs are incurred, is that they be arranged
through our client's own travel provider.

Project/Workshop Fee
We provide a firm quote, based upon the scope of the
project/workshop.
An assignment establishment fee of 33% of the total fee, is required at the time of acceptance of our quote. Further payments
become due at various set periods or project markers, which are always specified in our
quotation.
All other costs such as travel, postage,
etc., is billed
monthly at cost. Our preference, where travel costs are incurred, is that they be arranged
through our client's own travel provider.

Preferred
Client Retainer Fee
A limited number
of clients, especially those who seek strategic advice
and who do not have the permanent resources on staff, prefer to pay an agreed monthly
Preferred client retention fee.
These Clients, within the USA,
Canada and Mexico are able to call an
assigned 1-800 number and receive specialist answers and/or advice to their issues,
usually the same working day. The fee varies dependant
the number of the number of days assigned per month.
Assignments in excess of the estimated time usage in each yearly period are charged at our standard
professional rates.
