We
have conducted this workshop in some 15 Countries and it is cultural neutral. The
workshop’s methodology is highly interactive and develops and/or
reinforce sound management skills particularly in people management,
self-awareness and communications.
During
the workshop we engage and discuss with client’s staff, who may now or might
have in the future a leadership role, the achievement of positive results
through communications and develop a strategy to move with their workforce
towards excellence in performance.
The
workshop’s duration is 2-days minimum where participation in a combination of
discussions, role-plays and case studies resulted in the reevaluation and
enhancement of the desired clients skills sets.
The
workshop is very adaptive to clients needs and is driven by a set of
‘self-discovery’ questionnaires and the directed discussions that follow
their completions together with a set of individual and group exercises that
reinforce the material discussed in self–discovery.
A
substantial workbook master is supplied that is also tailored to individual
client needs. The majority of information included in the 200-page workbook
being of the ‘aide to memoir’ type, that is articles, extensive
communications notes etc. The workbook is available in either US English or
British English
The
workshops program is designed around four core areas of approximately 14
workshop hours plus a final session of some 2 hours where closure on the future
Client operational guidelines will be obtained. These five areas are:

The identification of needs, achieved through self-discovery.

The
Leadership role, where
the participants determine their most appropriate style in the context of
the Client organization. Areas experienced and discussed are Interpersonal
skills, people management, and performance management.

The process of communications
using a series of practical skills acquisition activities and discussions
that consider the value to Client of networking, inter and intra team
communications, personal presentation skills and the formal and informal
communication exchange.

Our
role in achieving results
through leadership in the continuous improvement process including
discussion of the factors of priority setting and establishing targets, and
worker involvement through teams and natural workgroups.

Closure.
It is vital to the success of the workshop to establish positive actives for
the future. This final session determines action items for
participants to implement within their operations.
