A.B. Subiah, a professional Human Resources practitioner, has over 18 years experience in the HR field covering a broad spectrum of industry and financial institutions. He worked for the Forbes Group of Companies, the Lalbhai Group, Citibank, National Bank of Oman and Standard Chartered Bank. Immediately prior to his becoming a Principal consultant he was as Regional Head of Human Resources, Middle East and South Asia for Standard Chartered Bank.

In these professional roles, A.B. has obtained a broad exposure to all facets of Human Resources with a particular emphasis in the design, development and implementation of local and international pay systems.

A.B. is well qualified, he has a Masters in Human Resource Management from the Xavier Labor Relations Institute, Jamshedpur, India. He has also successfully completed the specialist Compensation and Benefits diplomas, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and the Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) awarded by the American Compensation Association, Scottsdale, AZ, USA . He currently serves as faculty for the Institute for Human Resource Management Education (IHRME) and is adjunct faculty for the University of Phoenix on-line

This extensive experience in the practice of international remuneration in the USA, the Indian sub-continent, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, A.B. has the understanding, expertise and experience to maximise the contribution of Human resources he, as with all our Principals, undertakes assignments globally.

Having had extensive experience in the corporate sector prior to establishing Reward Management Associates based in Dubai, A.B. has an intimate understanding of the type of challenges organisations face in implementing initiatives and thus is able to bring realistic solutions and recommendations to achieve sustainable positive change to Sidstar clients.
